Throughout the design process Maynard have taken an evidence-based approach to create intuitive and user-centred solutions; we have employed a service design methodology to gather objective research, which in turn has informed our design response.Through our initial research and discussion with the partnership group, we established the need to split the project into 3 different concepts based over the next 10 years. Each concept considers how the technology could develop and how people’s perceptions of biometric data use will change.
