Maynard have worked closely with Rural City of Wangaratta and the Hassell landscape architecture team to prepare cost-effective wayfinding and signage solutions that are well integrated with the new streetscape.

From a series of fingerpost signs for visitors arriving into the township to a new trail-head for the popular ‘Murray to Mountains Rail Trail’ cycle route and the creation of a new map-board, co-located with bicycle parking, seating, a shade structure, drinking fountains, and a bike repair station.

The project, which is currently under construction, has recently received two awards in the 2020 Victoria Landscape Architecture Awards.
