That is why we are pleased to be part of Westminster City Council’s landmark project to renew Ebury Bridge, a scheme that will deliver approximately 750 new high quality homes in the heart of the city, of which 50% will be affordable.

Working in partnership with astudio architects and Arup, Maynard has been appointed to deliver an overarching wayfinding masterplan for the renewal project, all the way through to its detailed application to Phase 1 of the development. The project will set new standards in how large-scale estate regeneration is undertaken, from engaging with residents, creating a vibrant community spirit, enriching public spaces and reaching new targets for sustainability.
