We welcome Julian Robinson to the team

As part of its international growth strategy Maynard Design Group are pleased to welcome Julian Robinson, former head of Architecture at The Elizabeth line (Crossrail) as a consultant to the team. 

He joins with 30 years’ experience in transport design having previously worked on other flagship transport projects such as the Jubilee Line Extension and St Pancras International station.

Acquisition of Transport Design Consultancy

Maynard Group has announced the acquisition of Transport Design Consultancy (TDC) in a merger that brings together the two original pioneers of the transport design consultancy sector.

Maynard Design Group will become the most experienced multi-disciplinary design consultancy in the transport sector with over 400 projects delivered in 17 countries combined over the last 20 years, positively impacting over 3.5 billion journeys taken by people every year.

Cambridge Biomedical Campus (CBC) is at the heart of Europe’s leading life science cluster and is the largest employment site in Cambridge. The site is focused on ensuring patients benefit from the campus’ world-leading research, as academics, industry, clinicians, and researchers collaborate to tackle some of the most significant healthcare challenges facing the world today.

Rapid growth of the campus in recent years created an opportunity to reassess how staff, visitors and others travel in and around the site.
