Maynard delivered a series of workshops introducing service design methodology to leaders within the Railway Operations team. We designed interactive exercises and activities which enabled attendees to understand each tool and confirm their potential applications.
The aim was to demonstrate the potential impact and value of adopting a service design approach at a early stage of the design process, which would then be applied throughout the delivery of the service. We presented a service design toolkit and challenged attendees to suggest an application for each tool, helping them realise the relevance to their roles. We then explained a select few tools in further detail, so attendees how they may gain insights from the process.
