Ebury Bridge
Designed by astudio, the Ebury Bridge masterplan will provide approximately 750 high-quality, energy efficient homes, including 50% affordable homes. When completed, it will be the largest development of new council and affordable homes in south Westminster in a generation. With a focus on creating a ‘City for All’, the project aims to bring about long-term physical, economic and social sustainability of the area.
Commissioned by astudio, Maynard were responsible for the development of an overarching pedestrian wayfinding system for the development masterplan. The wayfinding strategy focussed on supporting a vibrant, modern neighbourhood for both the existing and new residents, with consideration of temporary phases throughout construction. This strategy was then applied to the first phase of construction, to design intent level of detail.
